Job Description
Alpha CX is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our remote team. The successful candidate must possess exceptional English communication skills and a strong background in recruitment.
Key responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening and interviewing applicants, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting HR initiatives to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, proficiency in major recruiting platforms, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
