Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is inviting qualified Nigerian nationals to apply for the position of Pastry Cook at our headquarters in Ibadan.
Position: Pastry Cook
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Location: Ibadan
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pastry Chef in planning menu offerings.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Organize work schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate the quality of ingredients and kitchen equipment.
- Decorate pastries with a variety of icings and toppings.
Qualifications: Minimum O’ level education, Trade Test certificate in Hotel and Catering Management, and at least three years of relevant experience.
