Job Description
Stivlon Consulting is seeking a committed Procurement Officer / Quantity Surveyor to enhance our team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and quantity surveying, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
Primary responsibilities will include overseeing procurement processes, performing cost estimations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is essential.
Professional certifications (such as RICS or NIQS) will be considered advantageous. We offer a competitive salary of ₦400,00 Net Monthly.
