Job Description

Location: Ibese, Ogun State

Salary: ₦300,00 – ₦400,00

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales Operations and Administration to boost our sales team’s effectiveness. This role involves managing operations, analyzing sales data, and providing vital administrative support. Key responsibilities include developing efficient sales processes, deriving actionable insights from sales analytics, collaborating on sales forecasting, and enhancing performance management strategies.

Requirements: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
