Job Description
LifeBank is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, address customer inquiries, and provide prompt solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficiency of call center operations.
- Conduct vendor reconciliations on a bi-weekly basis.
- Review and ensure compliance with unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and manage weekly schedules for team members.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and perform quality assurance reviews on calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Salary: N150,00 per month.
