Responsibilities:
– Address client inquiries regarding deposits and withdrawals through email, phone, or live chat.
– Troubleshoot technical issues related to forex trading platforms.
– Provide support for ongoing account needs and assist with trading inquiries.
– Document and organize client issues for management analysis.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in financial services or forex.
– Familiarity with forex trading platforms required.
– Excellent interpersonal skills; proficiency in local language and English.
– Availability to work 24/5 shifts.
