Job Description
AHI Residence is in search of a proactive, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and efficient service while also contributing to our marketing initiatives through upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries with a positive demeanor.
- Offer information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform basic administrative duties, including record-keeping.
Required Qualifications: OND, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and a friendly problem-solving attitude.
