Integrated Field Development Consultants (IFDC) is looking for a qualified HCD Operations Personnel to join The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of human capital development infrastructure projects within educational institutions throughout Nigeria.
Key responsibilities include designing projects, managing budgets, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
