Job Description

This full-time hybrid position encompasses managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and training new employees. The ideal candidate will work closely with team leaders to assess staffing requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
Applicants should possess experience in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing, along with strong training capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
