The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring the highest quality standards, maintaining safety protocols, and enhancing production efficiency. Key duties include overseeing daily operational activities, implementing quality control measures, providing worker training, and upholding safety regulations.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of factory supervision experience, a strong background in furniture production, and outstanding leadership abilities.
