Job Description
e-Phaim Energy Limited, a forward-thinking Renewable Energy Company specializing in the design and installation of Solar Energy systems, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Garki, Abuja.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and nurturing employee relations to cultivate a supportive work environment.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws.
Salary for this position ranges from N150,00 to N180,00 per month, plus additional benefits.
