Job Description
Virginrose Resorts is excited to announce an opening for a professional Receptionist with a minimum of one year of experience. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for handling check-ins, managing reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to inquiries about hotel services and pricing.
- Accurately manage online and telephone reservations.
- Ensure guest information is properly maintained and the front desk area is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Degree in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
