Job Description
DAG Industries is on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, directing phone calls, and ensuring seamless office functionality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively multitask.
Key Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, sorting mail and deliveries, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 3-7 years in a related position, proficiency in MS Office, and exemplary organizational skills.
Salary: $1500 – $1750 per month.
