Eniza Hyper Super Store is looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee daily human resource operations at our store. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment processes
• Handling administration tasks
• Overseeing compensation and benefits
• Facilitating training and development programs
• Maintaining employee relations and performance management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with prior management experience preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
