Job Description
GVL Lightings and Interiors is currently seeking a highly organized Admin Officer to efficiently manage administrative and clerical responsibilities within our office. Key duties include welcoming visitors, supervising cleaning staff, responding to inquiries, preparing expense reports, managing office supplies, organizing files systematically, and scheduling meetings. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and must reside near Lekki. We offer a competitive salary between NGN 75,00 and 150,00, negotiable, plus commission.
