Job Description
Kriss Kross is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to serve as the initial point of contact for our guests at the skating rink. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional ticketing and retail experience while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Ensure all skaters have signed waivers.
- Efficiently process admissions and retail sales.
- Accurately address customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, prior customer service experience preferred, and basic math skills.
