Job Description
TalentFlow Consulting is in search of a proactive Business Development and Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships. This position requires an individual adept in both strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new market opportunities.
- Engage potential clients and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Monitor and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
