Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is on the lookout for a committed Customer Service Officer to enhance our laundry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process transactions efficiently.
- Oversee social media interactions and manage customer feedback.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries while ensuring order accuracy.
- Create engaging promotional materials using Canva.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the laundry or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must reside in proximity to Orchid Road, Jakande, Agungi, or Ikota axis.
Compensation: N100,00 – N130,00/month.
