Job Description
Fhemfel Home is actively looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Supervisor to elevate our customer engagement strategies. In this vital role, you will lead a dynamic CRM team, analyze customer data, and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities: You will develop and oversee CRM strategies, maintain the CRM database, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with various departments to improve the overall customer experience.
