Job Description
APD Project Management Limited is inviting applications for an On-site Project Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Construction Project Management, particularly in overseeing high-rise construction projects. Applicants should demonstrate a solid grasp of design coordination as well as exceptional communication and people management skills.
Location: Lagos State (Fully On-site)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of project management experience
- Proficient in MS Project, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Professional certifications (PMP, COREN) are advantageous
