Job Description

ARCAID CONSULTANTS is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support, contributing to the seamless operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and welcome visitors.
  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate and up-to-date database records.
  • Document Preparation: Create and edit various reports.
  • Filing: Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Supply Management: Oversee and replenish office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel bookings.
