Job Description
Owens and Xley Consults, a leading recruitment firm located in Lagos, is looking for a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our spa team in Ikoyi. This full-time position is essential in managing client appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client appointments and schedules.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with spa therapists to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: N120,00 – N150,00 per month.

Requirements
