Job Summary: Hazel Interieurs is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to manage cost estimation and budgeting for our interior design projects. Join our team and contribute to achieving high-quality, cost-effective project outcomes.
Responsibilities: Your role will include preparing detailed quotes, performing quantity take-offs, monitoring project expenditures, identifying cost-saving measures, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements: Applicants should possess an HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field, have 2-3 years of relevant experience, be proficient in estimating software, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Salary: 140,00 Naira per month
Start Date: Immediately
Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ilupeju, Mushin, Shomolu, Gbagada, Maryland, Yaba, and Oshodi.
