Job Description
ITEX Integrated Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer to drive our Merchant Services business. The ideal candidate will prospect new clients and nurture relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel.
- Implementing the merchant acquiring strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Selling POS terminals to banks and clients.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of client issues and monitoring merchant terminal activity.
- Conducting periodic meetings to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- BSC or HND in Marketing or related discipline.
- 1-3 years in a sales or relationship officer role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
