Job Description
Doheney Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer service team. Responsibilities include first line interaction with customers, addressing and documenting queries, and ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments. You will play a vital role in stock and cash management while maintaining service standards at our shop. A proactive attitude towards customer relations and operational excellence is essential.
Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, cash, and stock management. Strong integrity is a must; integrity checks will be conducted.
