Job Description
BlueChip Communications Limited, a leading telecom engineering company located in Lekki, Lagos, is seeking an I.T. Support specialist. The ideal candidate should be a male with at least 2-3 years of experience in tech support or a similar role.
Responsibilities include identifying, installing, and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving network problems, and managing multiple cases simultaneously. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00 and is full-time in nature.
