Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: N300,00 Net plus commission on sales
Job Summary:
Winock Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales operations of our Lagos branch. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and expand market share. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
o Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand customer base.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Team Leadership:
o Train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
o Set clear performance objectives for team members and provide regular feedback.
o Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
4. Sales Operations:
o Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance metrics.
o Manage budgets and resources allocated for sales activities.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industry.
- Knowledge of the Lagos market and its dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
