Job Description
Roxbury Leisure Homes is an experienced real estate and property development company offering luxurious homes in prime locations across Lagos State. We are currently seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team in VGC, Lagos.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, nurture employee relations, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure legal compliance.
Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR metrics, and a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
