Job Description
Færder kommune is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with further education in substance abuse and mental health for a permanent part-time position (80%), primarily daytime with no weekends. Responsibilities include individual support for residents over 18 facing mental health/substance abuse issues and contributing to service professional development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct focused individual conversations
- Assessments and service follow-ups
- Documentation and team meeting participation
- Collaboration with other agencies
- User participation and service quality development
Qualifications:
- Norsker åtorasjons som sykepleier/ vernepleier
- Minimum 60 credits in further education
- Experience in municipal mental health work
- Driver’s License Class B
- Valid police certificate
