Job Description
Join our team at Peral De Food as an Operations Supervisor! In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing staff and meeting financial targets. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Your responsibilities include managing staff, training employees, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position is based in Lagos and offers a competitive salary between NGN 75,00 – 150,00.
