Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads and identify customers’ needs
- Build relationships and trust with customers
- Provide accurate information and meet sales targets
- Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements:
- 5 years of customer service experience
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
