Job Description
Aureole Consulting is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to support the IT Manager in maintaining and optimizing IT systems, including POS systems, networks, and software. This full-time, onsite role involves troubleshooting, managing updates, and assisting with IT projects to ensure efficient operations across all outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor network performance and administer company software.
- Manage updates, user accounts, and provide technical support.
- Train employees on new IT systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- BSc in IT or related fields.
- 4-5 years of IT support experience.
- Expertise in system administration and POS systems.
