Key Responsibilities:
Assist with driver onboarding, conduct orientation, address inquiries, and foster strong relationships. Gather feedback and continuously improve the driver experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, 2-3 years in operations or customer service in logistics, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency.
