Job Description
TreeTop Consulting is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Officer to manage and coordinate the sale and distribution of tickets for air travel, rail, bus, and events. This role demands exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree, at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include booking and issuing tickets, processing cancellations, providing accurate route and fare information, and liaising with transport providers. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre is required.
