GUO Transport Company Limited, a leader in Nigeria’s transportation industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Lagos team. We provide safe and affordable travel to over 200 destinations, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to enhance our customer experience.
Responsibilities: Resolve inquiries, manage customer issues, provide personalized support, and document interactions in our CRM.
Requirements: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 Monthly.
