Job Description
DMOT Enterprises is urgently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Business Partner at our client’s manufacturing firm located in Enugu. This full-time role involves key responsibilities such as approving manpower requisition forms, developing job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing new employee onboarding processes.
Qualified candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences or related fields, along with 5-10 years of experience. Certification with CIPMN is an added advantage. Candidates must be ready to begin work within one month and be located in Enugu.
