Job Description
NKELEMCHUKWU NIGERIA LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Develop HR strategies, lead recruitment processes, oversee performance management, ensure compliance with laws, and administer compensation and benefits.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, proven HR management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month with expected hours of 50 – 55 per week.
