Job Description

Naji Realties is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, manage check-in/check-out, and resolve inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
