Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Call Center team at PHILLIPS HEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED. You will handle incoming calls and emails, approve or deny care requests, and manage LASHMA PA requests. Additional responsibilities include negotiating tariffs, assessing customer needs, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00. A Nursing Certificate is required.
