Job Description
Bitsin Travels and Tours is seeking an organised and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will resolve inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, showcasing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel inquiries.
- Answer product queries and provide pricing details.
- Provide accurate visa requirements.
- Advise on routing options and safety alerts.
- Book flights, cruises, rental cars, and accommodations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
Experience: 2 years in customer service preferred.
