Job Description

21Search is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Ogun State. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. You will support business priorities, implement HR strategies, manage recruitment, and oversee performance appraisals.

Qualifications include a First Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) are a plus. Knowledge of Nigerian Employment and Labour Laws is essential.
