Job Description
Kartel, a brand of Skyville Company Limited, is a leading manufacturer of solar systems, including inverters, solar panels, solar charge controllers, and solar batteries. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive based in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, guide customers through the order process, stay updated on products, and conduct follow-ups for satisfaction.
Requirements: BSc in a relevant field with 2-3 years of experience.
Salary: N100,00 – N120,00 monthly.
